It has a little of everything a traveller requires.
No fresh milk available for coffee.
While this is not a new hotel it is well cared for and well presented, offering value for money, a warm welcome and many travel friendly amenities.

The room itself was very nice.
The bathroom smelled like urine and i told them but it was still the same the nextday.
The room was nice but parking was 14.00 per day. Small staff because twice when I called I couldn't get through to the front desk but they were friendly. Like I said the bathroom had a strong smell of urine and I told the maids but it didn't make a difference it still smelled the next day. I like the bedroom though! ...read more

I didn't know about the fee so it was a surprise, but overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and it was very conveniently located to Universal Studios.
